In case of production error, please download the form and follow the instructions below:

1.   Print, fill out and sign the Return Product form.
2.   Have a picture of yourself taken wearing the product displaying the error clearly
(in .jpg or .tiff format).
3.   Scan, attach and email both to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
4.   If your request for return is accepted you will be issued an authorized return code (ARC). Return the item via USPS to the address provided along with the ARC (please note the ARC inside the package) and you will be issued a voucher for the reordering of the product (incl. shipping) in your ALFA account as well as a voucher for the cost of return shipping.
